Redwood grove parking space for privately owned mobile abode with large yard on a rustic 20ac homestead along Mattole River headwaters of Northern California's Lost Coast.
Located 20 paved miles west of Garberville towards Shelter Cove with large ranch style house, various organic garden areas, a diversity of seed-grown fruit trees, berries, vines and native edible, medicinal & culinary herb companions. There are several greenhouses and covered outdoor work spaces.

The house has a canning kitchen with prep room or a stream & garden view studio/office space. There is a secure double car garage/workshop with on-grid 200A service. There are both solar & hydro potential for a micro-grid, wired-in satellite wifi & landines for phone. Two year-round creeks run thru the property with salmon spawning grounds, bedrock falls and pure water sourced off undeveloped forest uplands.

Knoll tops with trail systems from 1000-1200ft elevation of riparian redwoods to oak woodlands offer 360* views of the watershed and surrounding King Range, Sinkyone Wilderness, Usal and Lost Coast Forestland conservation areas. Approximately 4 miles inland of the rugged & remote coastline and lee of 2600ft Chemise Mountain & Whale Gulch provides constant clean ocean breezes thru a warm banana belt clime of Cali Coast Ranges.

Several Commercial Zones with our Post Office, Fire Stations, Whitethorn Construction Yard with local wood mill and various restaurants & stores are within 5 miles radius. A variety of public schools are 1.5 to 10 miles nearby. Cal Poly Humboldt and Community College of the Redwoods are in the Humboldt Bay urban areas of Eureka & Arcata a day's visit away.

Organic, serene & mostly clean-
