I wonder if youngevity is considered food. It certainly is healthful.
Its by dr. wallach, the "mineral doctor"
I use it and really appreciate what it does for my body.

Never heard of it, but my opinion would be to check the label. It should only list real food. If it doesn't, look for real food somewhere else!
