so much for our fruit trees bearing this year.

we have had nights in the mid 20's now for about 2 weeks and the fruit trees ..most anyway ..have been in full bloom.

several of the hardy plants that I have put in have lost their leaves to the hard freezes, and even the wintergreen leaves have gone from green to red for winter..again..it is just so cold here..

We have had freezing now since the first week in October....that is 8 months...too cold to be outside doing anything much. I did get the rest of the manure spread on the gardens..so that is done. Have the wood bark and hardwood and pine chips spread onto the beds..and some hay..and son turned the compost pile with the tractor for me yesterday..so that is done..but so far only one lawnmowing...it's even too cold for the grass to grow
