Drying hot peppers is perfect

I cut up hot peppers today for drying and I rubbed my eye, twice! Geez, one would think I would have learned the first time. Anyway, I like drying the more colorful food as it is exciting to make a choice on those dreary winter days.

I love dried peppers for all kinds of things.

I don't even cut mine they dry and store better whole too.
