hi to everyone, i just bought 2000 seeds of tagasaste, i need them for pasture grazing and border.
just one question: i live in Italy, in the northen emisphere, WHEN i have to put the seeds in a pot?
I live in the land of the tagasaste!
I is from the northern hemisphere....
You can sow any time when it is not cold I think.
The people from here say that they do not sprout well without pre-treatment.
But they do not sow in pots -> direct!
They just roast them a few seconds in a dry saucepan!
(don't know how long...)
They are supposed to sprout best after fires...
I guess you can also use the boiling water treatment.
You can test, as you have a lot, and I would sow right now.
