Hey y'all, please tell me about your practical experience with your biodigesters I am very new to them...
I'm designing a system and wondering where to put a biodigester. I would like it near the garden to use the waste to fertilize. This property is a poultry farm, so copious amounts of feathers and guts and wasted feed and other random bio waste would be used to feed it. However, the garden is very near the house and I would like to reduce unpleasant smells.
There is also a second activity hub where we could put it, lower down on the property where the cows will be. Smells won't be noticed there, but then the compost (and possibly the methane in tanks- how does that work?) would need to be trekked up the hill to the garden/ house.
I'd sure appreciate your ideas.

Sometimes they bubble it through lime water to remove the sulfer smell.
