They did some bobcat work and mixed this soil up so I will take advantage of the exposed soil.

August 25 all the garlic has died down, shallots have been harvested from below the sunchokes. Rhubarb does not seem to do well in the shade of sun chokes, its because the sunchokes start to grow in april and rhubarb in march giving just one month of uninhibited growth to the rhubarb.



My zone one garden in Ontario. It is full of Leeks chives and garlic but you cant see them through all the annuals.
