Greetings family and friends. I wanna find out the historic range and culture of the white and yellow gourdseed corn cause I'm growing a pre-Columbian garden for next year at my community farm to show historic awarness and edifcation. I'm wondering if the gourdseed has been used by some northern tribes other than the Iroquois? I'm growing an overall Iroquoian heritage garden pre and post Columbian. I wanna find out if can eat it as a sweet corn in the green stage. Please drop me some feedback in this column if you need me. Out!
