I'm still new here and am looking for ways to improve the batch box idea to incorporate other ideas to raise the burn box temps and improve the internal burn even more than what they seem capable of. Looking to raise box temps high
enough to give complete secondary burn as gasses leave the batch box to the riser this could make for an even better burn to make one of the safest
wood burning devices made and give inspectors something to fight to incorporate in all wood devices. Evolution is always growing better or failing and trying again.
I took a close look at the glowstove fire box, low burn in the box is provided by natural draft to the floor of the burn box, high burn is same air inputs to forced air with a micro fan hotter, shorter burn time, my observation of
video's online. Tight sealed door on batch box and
feed the box the same way will increase the internal temp for improved more complete burn in the batch box before exit to the riser. Glow box secondary air comes from high holes on the top of the door in the glowstove instead of secondary tube directed to the exit of the batch burn chamber into the riser.
