Hoping to get some input here. I have the opportunity to buy a really cheap steel frame from a building. It is 48X26 frame. I see lots of cob with Strawbales, or post and beam but none with steel supports. Is it possible to use this as the frame to my structure and cob in the walls with a straw/cob slip?

Thanks

YES and its a great idea.
I encourage it in Australia for the following reasons;
- structure is up quickly
- termite proof
- additions can quickly be sorted out.

Is it possible to get more info about building cob onto a metal framework?
