Hi I’m looking for a homestead rental or the possibility of buying an acre or two on a few hundred acres. I’ve been looking at rural properties to rent in mo and they’re either grossly overpriced or non existent lol. I’ve had some bad experiences with renters so I’d like to talk for a bit on the phone and through text before any agreements are made. I’d be happy to help with gardening as well. Thanks!

Hi, I'm not sure if you would find these listings to be in the highly overpriced category or not but it made me think of this company. They list the type of properties you are interested in MO, IL, KY, AR. They do have a lot of expensive stuff on there too but I think they also feature reasonably priced properties too. https://livingthedreamland.com/
