The Resident Farmer will be responsible for all matters related to agriculture operations at B-Run Farm. This includes crop planning and production using organic, sustainable, regenerative agriculture practices. The Resident Farmer will also engage with the farm manager to develop and institute land management practices on the farm that meet the highest standards of environmental stewardship.
