Early 1800's, 3 Story Mill For Sale - 6,000+ sqft - I just want to state I used to be the owner of JC Woodworking. Due to a divorce, I no longer am affiliated with the business that I created, sweated, bled, and spent time away from the people I loved for. I risked my life, to save history and give my family a better life then I knew for 25 years. Nobody ever worked for me, they worked with me and as dangerous as the job could be, I never put anybody in any position that I wouldn't put my own children in. That being said, after the divorce I was able to keep another venture I had started called Reclaimed Relics (RR). For the last four years, I flatlined, and dove into a bottle of whiskey. I have battled with the loss of a dream and everything I ever worked for. Due to the village of people that believed in me and picked me up when I was down, I'm back. I felt bullied, pushed into a corner, and stayed there until now. So the previous owner of a million dollar business had a garage sale... a garage sale at turned into an event. The people that came out to show their support was amazing. Who would've thought, that a garage sale would bring me back to life. Some of the people that showed up, were confused as they didn't know I was no longer at JC Woodworking (I found out customers that ask for me are told "I'm not in, right now"). But thanks to the amazing people that came out, it put a wind in my sails that hasn't been there for a long long time. For that I'm grateful. It was a great wind. It's amazing what a smile, laughter, and whole lotta love, can do. Second chapter, I have a non-compete due to my divorce and my ex-wife buying me out of my own business with my own money. My non-compete says I have to be 100mi away from my previous store JC Woodworking, so here we go. Due to the amazing people in my life, they pulled me out of the corner that I was huddled in. I'm not working on all cylinders, but I'm getting them to fire up slowly, and I'm glad I'm back. I have a 3 story 1800's Mill that's amazing, the frame is outstanding. The history is incredible and the unique machinery within it is awesome! One of a kind. It's outside of my non-compete and the gloves are off. What most of you don't know is I found a family of Amish and Mennonite folks throughout the last 25 years, who became like family to me. An 11 year old, who I met as a smiling kid, horse and buggy is now 26 and he became like a son to me. I was very blessed. He has since started his own Demolition Business (Hoover Demolition), drives a truck, uses a cellphone and is such an inspiring young man, that I am so proud of! And his awesome friend Allen is inspiring as well, he also has a business A.H. Excavating. I'm going to post more stories about the amazing people I've met over the years who have influenced me. God works in mysterious ways.  This may get me back in court with my ex-wife, but I'm willing to take the risk. If you would like to buy this structure, I sure would appreciate it. I was never on the "business" end of my business, I was out on the working end saving history. My price... The price for history is priceless but when you walk away from a deal with me, Jay Chaikin (The original JC). I don't mean to be offensive... But your butt is not going to hurt.
P.S. You still get a jar of the most amazing homemade Amish pickles you'll ever have! Thats my way of saying, thank you. Love JC. Contact me if interested 215-804-7206. - Plenty of pictures if interested! Structure and contents for sale! The mill is located in Pennsylvania
