Continuing to find great marks and increases in performance, mental, physical, and healing. Doing more and more on the athletic testing since it is the clearest easiest focus point and we know we are going to cause enhancements and better marks. This is where we mention Permaculture big time and make it the most desirable athletic source - which is a great way to encourage funding of what we are working so hard on. Who doesn't want a seriously diverse grass and greens-fed cow, and goat produce after being educated about the performance results!!? Thanks for checking out what we are doing, and please come out so we can do it some more - with you!!!  We are really shaking the heavy health revolution tree down here in Panama, and it's dropping results! So this is permaculture in the gym and on the track!!!
