The property within a mile of mine is #105 in the catalog in the link below. Del Norte County has the lowest land prices and most/best water in California. We also have the highest biomass place on Earth in our redwood forests, and the Smith is the largest undammed river in the lower 48, just down the hill. It looks like the sealed bid auction starts at $3k/acre. I would love to have some permie neighbors instead of a logging company, and the Wild Rivers Permaculture Guild would welcome you!
