Three bedrooms and separate kitchen/living/bath in 1800 sq ft home (Nehalem, Oregon)

Want to live in paradise and get yourself more sustainable and connected with nature? Well, we are looking for more roomies for the Hive on Bee Street!

We have space for roomates coming up in the middle of October. Our Hive-mates are taking wing and leaving the roommate has already left so there is potential wiggle room for the right person/s to move in earlier than that.

The available space can be shared in a number of ways between two people as there are two small bedrooms and one really, really large bedroom. This would be a great space for two creative/artistic follks or healers to share as they could take make one bedroom into space for projects/seeing clients. There's lots of light and wonderful views of the Nehalem Valley. Your space also has a sweet deck on the front...protected from wind and perfect for sunbathing/stargazing. (There are also grassy areas and my patio area with a little fire bowl.) There is a large kitchen/dining area and a dishwasher on your side (I have my own kitchen/bath/living room.)

There are two house kitties (inside only) and Joey, the lover dog, is the house doggie. Former roomie had a big, mellow doggie so we let all the animals co-mingle and that worked out well so potential room for another mellow dog or sociable kitties.

Some of the perks of Hive living are:
Fresh spring water to drink from a local source (thanks Gene!)
Opportunities to wild craft local plants for food, medicine and materials
LOTS of nature and peace for your personal growth
Beaches, bay, rivers, and two amazing state parks all within 10 miles of here
Neahkahnie Mountain energy
Pagan/shamanic/awakened environment (and larger community)
The Spirit Garden on the adjacent land for growing, healing, spiritual reflection
The Coyote Ridge forest trails on adjacent land
Living in an area full of sustainability/woowoo/creatives
Opportunity to help anchor energy in a very active, high vibrating space/land
Healthy food from the Spirit Garden, local CSA farms and ranches and the ocean
Live with people who are working towards a sustainable future for ourselves and others

The Hive is on the hilltop in Nehalem on 10th and B Street and the part that is available is an 1100 sq. ft., 3 bedroom house with one bath and a fireplace and deck.. The 3 bedroom area is connected to the 700 sq. ft. one bedroom apt. that I live in. I have a separate entrance and patio and there is also an inside door between house sections. There is a washer and dryer available for Hive laundry and a small, shared storage space.

Coyote Ridge forest trails on the land next to us as well as the Spirit Garden...a shared space for organic, permaculture gardening, healing and spiritual reflection.

Total rent for the available space is $800 plus utilities (electric, water and wi-fi runs between $45-$70 each depending upon the season) with a two person maximum occupancy (for 3 people, rent is $900 total.)
