Looking for Permaculturalist to rent/profit share portion of farm in northeastern Connecticut

We have a 28 acre farm located in northeastern Connecticut that is under productive.

There is a small home on the land but it is currently occupied although there is the possibility to build additional structures for dormitory/residence in the future.


We are seeking one or more people who are interested to enter into some type of arrangement(for now we are open to suggestions and multiple possibilities) where we can develop a complete design for the land using Permaculture concepts and to lease or otherwise share profits from commercial ventures that can be started using portions of the land provided.
