Can I heat my entire home with a RMH?

I don't know much about RMH.

I was wondering if I was to put a portable one in my basement and hook it up to my current duct system, if I could somehow heat my entire home.

It is a one-story ranch with basement.

Karen Briggs : The whole unit is an incredibly efficient space heater, that can, if the house is compact and has an open type stairwell easily handle a small bedroom and a bath as the primary heat source, your layout is almost certainly wrong, to use this system you need to be close-by to feed the dragon that lives in your Rocket Stove frequent small meals over 3-4 hrs, to give you 20-25 hrs of heat , this basically means someone gets to be a homebody, not a bad thing just not practical for a lot of people !
