40 acres 40 mins east of Austin, Tx

Hello beautiful people! Looking to create a sustainable homestead village on the back 20 acres of my property. We are digging a 800ft well and have water and mineral rights we also own the land free and clear with a substantial 1/2 acre garden with rich soil, a freeze drying operation, a pond, covered 4 RV structure with electricity, a substantial animal facility, a 9 bedroom barndo with a large enough garage to build a tiny home, a tractor, solar and a small glamping Airbnb operation. Looking for knowledgeable folks who have off grid living situation to set up and join our efforts building a 20 plot sustainable housing development. Housing could be provided for the right people. Wanting to establish a garden of Eden to raise families the way God intended. Free, wholesome, collaborative new earth model to share in abundance and hard work!
