Soooo, we have been gifted all of the travel trailers we can use by two local campgrounds, and a friend has gifted us with hers as well.  These campgrounds have loads of abandoned campers every year - many in perfectly usable condition.  We start picking them up next week.  The junkers will hold our critters and allow us to tow them around the farm.  But the nice ones will be spruced up and used for WWOOFers and hip campers and students - a la Tiny House.  Huzzah!  All of them will be in boondocking situations.  And we get a leetle bit chilly come winter.  I want to make sure folks can still enjoy a farm stay or whatever even in the winter.  Because I have bills year round, not just in the growing season, see?

For those of you who have done this, what attractive rmh can you recommend for tiny house on wheels that really isn't intended for long distance travel?  There isn't really as much need for flexibility since they'll rarely if ever move from their sites.  If there is not rmh option, what do you like to keep things toasty warm?

Thanks heaps!

So, I found this Minnie Mouse vid on the YouTubes.  (Hey, Paul!)  Can aircrete work in place of the cut bricks?  Does it save weight?

Also, I was thinking about that beautiful unpainted barrel in the Fisher Price house that developed that lovely patina.  Where do I get one like that?

Last one: can I make the exhaust down at the baseboard level rather than going up?

Whatever. Here's a tiny ad:
