Hi all.  Thought I'd throw this out on the off-chance someone knows someone who knows someone who is looking to sell a small chunk of land.

My wife and I are looking for 0.5-3 acres of land somewhere in the Monroe to Fall City corridor to practice permaculture and biointensive farming on.  We're interested in any and all types of arrangements...long term lease, owner-carry sale, or conventional purchase.  We have plans to build a small cabin on site.  Clean, financially stable, no drugs, etc.

Treed, pasture, clear-cut, or overgrown with blackberries, we're not too picky.  Want to spend under $30K and must have access to water (well in or available to drill) and no contaminated soil.

I know it's a long shot, but feel free to e-mail if you know of any situation that might work or have a reference to any way to go about finding such a piece of land.

Hi there,
I have a 2 acre pasture that has set empty for over a decade.
Someone needs to use it for something!

I use to mow it and let the kids play on it, but they don't do that anymore.  It's in Snohomish Co, a mile south of Monroe right on SR 203, zoned AG, with restrictions (no permanent bldgs) but a cabin on skids may be allowed(?).
Would be open to more discussion if you are interested...
Randy
