how do i stop the instant "watch topic"

I was just looking into my profile to try to turn off that every topic I respond to gets "watched" automatically with emails...i hate that

When you go to "My profile" under the "Preferences" you'll find something like the attached image. Select "No" for the "Send e-mail notification when posts get answered" option and if you want to, also select the "Delete all active watches".

Please remember to fill in the "captcha" (the text that you see in the image) before hitting submit.

that is exactly what I was looking for. I had looked there half a dozen times and never noticed the preferences, it is in black so it does not look like an expandable link. May i suggest that the color of these be changed.
