Anyone else seen the show Costa's Garden Odyssey? http://www.sbs.com.au/shows/costa Its a gardening show from Australia, while not strictly permaculture, it features many different types of gardens.
Lots of focus on water harvesting and use in gardens.
Being from Australia, permaculture gardens do show up in certain episodes.
