Since early november my highest priority was to start a kickstarter for a dvd. It would take half a day to edit. And another half a day to get it up and get the word out.

Instead I've been focusing on thousands of small tasks each taking a few minutes to half an hour. And if I think of something, I want to put it somewhere before I forget it ...

Why do the podcasts always seem to be a focal point? Podcasts take place after forums and after videos. But I have not put out a video in ... months? Wow, the hugelkultur video went out on Nov 7. About the same time as podcast 221 - questions from Eivind. Podcast 221 downloads: 2783. Hugeulkultur video views: 112,961. Yeah, how did this happen?

So when looking at my priorities, a possible rule of thumb is that I should not fool with podcasts unless a video has gone up in the last five days.
