Planning the 2023 Permaculture Technology Jamboree - poor man's poll

We have a lot of ideas for things we'd like to see happen.  In the end, we want to plan projects that attendees want to do/see/help/experience.  So this is a place to come up with ideas for project ideas, and evaluate what has the most appeal.

Please give a thumbs up / +1 for all of the ideas below that sound so good that they add a small bit of enticement to the idea of buying a ticket and traveling here.

Maybe bringing off-grid power to a new location at the Lab.

Maybe adding a solar trickle-pump to a water reservoir.
