The Aloaceae family is very rich, with more than 500 species listed. Among them, coral aloe (Aloe striata). The species name striata refers to the faint stripes on the blue-green succulent leaves.

This amazing hardy and easy-to-grow succulent is equally eye-catching during the late winter and early spring with its beautiful flowers, and pretty blue-green leaves are edged with a coral color that matches its flowers.

Coral aloe flowering occure in the late winter and early spring months, with eye-catching coral blooming inflorescence.

Flowers appear atop a long, branched stalk, with very attractive coral color, between bright-orange to pinkish-red , on a raceme 20-30" (50-70 cm) in height…By following these simple steps, not only you have a lovely, healthy coral aloe, but your coral aloe is going to reward you with a beautiful and unique flower too!
