Hi to all who have kept their sanity the last few years 😁

Many more people since 2020 are looking for a place to go live at, but 99% of the time they search forever and never find a place to suit their needs. This is where the problem is, people are in a dilusion that the word Community is a saviour and that they are automatically going to be able to go live with people without problems.

SkogenBosque is planned and managed by someone has got well over decade experience of living on, working at and visiting various projects whilst travelling in Europe and Scandinavia. The manager knows that most international communities fail or don't thrive, and the ones that do where unintentional and organic.

This project is designed from the best parts of various projects combined into one and will have the layout simular to a camping resort. There will be no communal garden. It is membership based with certain requirements and after the first launch being destroyed but various people, there is now a screening application and future international background checks on all members and list of people not welcome.

We are offering private plot ownership in a place where there is zero pressure to join any community that would naturally form. Self-governing people who remember how the world was 5 years ago and don't like all the changes being forced upon us. People are very welcome to raise livestock, make produce and sell their services.

I'm curious as to how you reconcile the community's philosophy with the fact you are in Mexico?

Hi Melissa, do you mean how will the project fit in, in Mexico?

I mean Mexico is a socialist, collectivist, country, especially southern Mexico. I've called Mexico my home for the past 25 years, so I know that it's big on an individual's responsibilities to the larger society.
After reading through your promotional material. it seems your group is kind of the opposite. So it just makes me generally curious why you would choose to locate to Mexico?
