My husband and I are in Brooklyn CT. Would love to get connected more with like minded folks who are on the road to living off grid, and homesteading. We currently do a lot of gardening and have chickens. We do canning, preserving.  I personally have a dairy and cattle mgt background.
I’m hoping that we can eventually inherit property somewhere in a southern state with more homesteading friendly rules……
We also have rat terrier dogs where we do rat control with on people’s farms, sheds, back yards.

What a lovely area you live in! I think you are lucky. This CSA isn't too far from you, if you are interested in that sort of thing! Willow Valley Farm CSA (Great people!)
