there is some scary stuff out on the webs about this, but found some intersting links on ATS threads, so will repost here.

it turns out that the pineal gland is outside the blood/brain barrier, and is a natural to filter out salts.

http://www.fluoridealert.org/studies/luke-1997/

the solution may be to up your magnesium, and to self medicate with Borax?
(im not a doc, and boric acid and borax have been removed from shelves in Europe, and probably all Codex signatories too..)

After reading the articles, my wife and I are stunned. We had done much to avoid flouride, but were still feeling the symptoms, of which I suffered greatest from arthritis and muscle tension. After starting a little borax (1/8 teaspoon per litre of water) I am experiencing the greatest relief I have had for a few years. Who would have guessed there was flouride in black tea and that flouride was used as a fumigant for produce.

excellent !

i tried just buying Boron supplements, but is not very mixable, and the capsules just have too big a dose.

Take at least a week off a month, and nothing is good for you 3 days in a row.

try soaking your feet in epsom salts, or get some magnesium oil for deodorant too. not good to ingest a lot of that magnesium, but your body will soak it up thru the skin just fine.

I will take the advice and pass it on to a few other needy souls. For long term solutions, I plan to add some borax to my soil.

It is simply indescribable to have suffered so many ailments and have them improve so quick. I have had shoulder pain from an old injury for 20 years....gone. Mental clarity improved and vision improved. As you may guess, I am pleased and surprised and hope others may give this simple solution a try. It has been an answer to prayer.

God bless you, Morgan

Watch out with boric acid to soil. it is a fungicide, and will attack the good fungi too.

That is a good place to use straight boron. don't need much, but def add some....

I think the best way to add boron to the soil is to add some to liquid manure or water then spray it on, very dilute. It will kill good fungi (and plants) at too high a dose, but I believe a lot of areas are deficient. You can look up symptoms on plants of boron deficiency and where I used to live my vegetable garden had most of them.

If boric acid and borax are removed from the shelves in EU, I wonder if it is still available to farmers who need it as a fungicide?

Hi Claire,
I have noticed no change in my dreams.

I have had what is called a herxheimer reaction, which is a worsening of symptoms for a period. One unexpected side-effect was anger. So many of my previous troubles matched flouride poisoning, and when the worst of my debilitating symptoms went away, I saw that suffering as needless.
But my personal experience has been positive. I was in a rather desperate strait as the doctors were only offering me muscle relaxants and psychiatric help, neither of which I was interested in.

Read the article Morrigan linked to a second time, and investigate before trying anything. I do want to add a caution that I am not offering medical advice and will leave that to the doctors.

Yes, flouride is in black tea, and green tea. It is in processed meats among other things.

only other reaction i had, was a tension in the stomach or diaphram, couldn't tell which. Not a tightness, more like a muscle after a workout. weird, but noticable.

Brain working better, and a general " brightness" to mood and outlook, figure that really was a pineal function.

Overall more energy, and a "get up and go" feeling.

Started using it a couple three times a week, and notice i do need to drink a LOT more water, which is good too.....
Blood flow and hydration better after using the magnesium as deoderant, takes extra water too.

Are you taking supplemental iodine as well? According to Jerry Brunetti (Acres USA speaker) taking iodine can eventually flush a lot of the fluoride out of your body. He did it as part of his cancer cure when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I notice a huge effect when I take supplemental iodine. But of course they're all related and your health is only as good as the weakest link - if you're deficient in 3 things and you take 2 of them you'll feel better but that 3rd one will still be affecting you because how can your body perform when it's missing ingredients?

I actually researched it pretty deeply once, mixed up the solution and was going to start on it. My husband decided to try it first and chugged it... talk about a "Herxheimer!" He got so sick it scared me off, but we both know why it happened. As for the effects of fluoride... I don't need convinced. I got pretty deeply involved in politics at one point, learned more than I really want to know. We've been off fluoride for years, and although we do not offer medical advice, we certainly do not go to doctors for it. I'll seek their training if I need someone to set a broken limb, treat me for a stroke or heart attack, but not advice. For what it is worth, I am retired from a career in healthcare, my husband is an RN.

You are not the only person who has told me how much better they feel, I am just working up the gumption to get past my mental block. I'm going to start with half dose today.

The dreams.... I have seen people who claim that pineal calcification inhibits the ability to do lucid dreaming. That was what promted the question.

This is interesting. a few months ago I started with a regimen of longevity herbs and supplements and boron was one of them. I found it very easy to meditate during those first months and was gaining a lot of insight. Then I ran out of boron and didn't think to get any more, but since then, I have found it nearly impossible to 'find the time' to meditate despite nothing else having changed in my life.

Weird. Gonna get some more today.

I did want to reply sooner, but wanted to wit until I had reached the three month mark. I had the second lucid dream of my life recently, during which had the benefit of getting a solution to one of my gardening problems. Very nice indeed.

The herxheimer is done, and I am now experiencing the best health and strength I have had in over ten years. I have seen a host of ailments disappear and others dramatically improve. I share your views of healthcare and would like to add that in my own frustration with it, I had reached a point that I would rather suffer trying to find a cure than suffer at the hands of medicine. I hope you do well and please let me know how it works for you.

Starting to dream deeply again too. Still can't visualize with eyes closed.

Still lots of energy, and going to try boric as a skin wash on the feet for curling nail. Think that is a fungus.

Havn't used the epsom salt soak, but am still using the magnesium oil for deodorant.

Seems like i am processing food better too.

Am still concerned about that, after reading about the polysorbates sealing off the surfaces of parasites and bacteria, making them impervious to vacuum and the electron beams in microscopy.
This could be THE problem causing all the obesity in the present times. If you gut microbes and cell wall can't absorb and convert sugars , then you are just encouraging growth of bad bugs.

Going to have to find something that can disassemble the poly's. THAT is going to be tough.

I don't take cold tabs, but looks like they can affect memory.

cant find the link stated on the page to the list....
but
Plants of the Solanaceae family contain various anticholinergic tropane alkaloids such as scopolamine, atropine, and hyoscyamine.
Certain preparations of some drugs, such as hydrocodone, are mixed with an anticholinergic agent to deter intentional overdose
stomach acid drugs.

*take this advice at your own risk* </legal disclaimer>

I am a scientist. What cleared the brain fog for me was the above, lugol's iodine titrated up to 50 mg iodine per day (don't take that much anymore), and classical psychedelics: psilocybin, and mescaline.

Wow. I can't believe I found this thread.

I have been suffering for 4,5 years from strange symptoms, that include loss of sexual libido, impotence, loss of tooth enamel, difficulty concentrating, depression, and a hoarse voice. (I am a singer) No doctor has been able to help me. When they found my blood results were fine, they sent me to psychologists. They also couldn't diagnose anything.

I had stopped using fluoride toothpaste 1,5 years ago, because I read of the ill effects. Then, two months ago, I had my blood tested for fluoride levels. The result: 100 (the normal range is < 30) How there could still be so much fluoride inside me, I cannot understand. I don't drink tea, I eat mostly raw vegan foods, and in Germany, the drinking water is not fluoridated.

Simultaneously, I have developed an interest in permaculture and was looking for farms to work on over the Summer. And then I stumbled over THIS PAGE... Borax? really? Reading your description of healing really gave me hope. I want SO much to feel better... if the solution is only taking some Borax in water every day, that would be amazing.

The only problem is... Borax was deemed too much of a "health risk" in Europe, and now it's nowhere to be found. You probably can't even import it into Germany if you ordered it from the States. So I don't really know what to do now, short of going to the States and taking some Borax there!!

Any more news, Jason or Morgan? Are you still feeling better? I would love to hear from you.

Ian,

I had all of your symptoms and more including irritable bladder, slipped disk, chronic thirst, along with a thickly white coated tongue. The one thing doctors would universally recommend is psychological help. I am almost embarrassed to write about my improvement, because if I hadn't experienced the improvement myself and I read this, I know I wouldn't believe it. No I am not 100%, but it took me 30 years to get here. By the way, I happened to be singing today, and I was wondering where my voice came from. I continue to get stronger. So while I credit Borax, I also credit God for having mercy on me and giving me relief. I am mid forties and am in better health than in my twenties. If you have been talking any anti-depressants, they are likely a source of fluoride too. Stubbornly I avoided them like the plague.

Wow Jason, that's one heck of a journey you've gone through. So glad to hear you're feeling better now. You certainly deserve it after so many years. My problems started when I was 18, and I'm 22 now. And yeah, I avoid anti-depressants like the plague too after seeing what it did to my cousins in America. So it's still a mystery where my fluoride intake is coming from.

Bob; thanks for looking that up, but I had already read that link and unfortunately it's outdated. This was before the re-classification. And what they say about it being the same as German "Wasch Soda" and "Kaiser Borax" is wrong; Wasch Soda is like the Englisch washing soda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_carbonate), and Kaiser Borax USED to be Borax, and was apparently used for decades as a household skin care and foot bath product; but the company had to remove Borax from it's ingredients a couple of years ago to conform with regulations (http://help.orf.at/stories/1704479/). I already asked at the pharmacy, they had never heard of Boron or Borax, then I asked at a local natural health store, neither had they.... so yeah, it's been taken out of circulation pretty conprehensively here in Germany. I even contacted two industrial chemical dealers who sell Borax on to other companies and manufacturers, but both refused to sell it to me.

Oh yeah, I intend on trying Lugol's iodine as well... but that one should be easy to get a hold of here.

Here's a quote from the following page,

"Presently, borax is still available in Switzerland (15), but shipment to Germany is not permitted. In Germany a small amount (20 - 50 grams) may be ordered through a pharmacy as ant poison (it will be registered)."

http://educate-yourself.org/cn/boraxconspiracy03jul12.shtml

You may have to order it through the name "sodium tetraborate" or the translation thereof.

Another angle may be to obtain it for jewelry or metalworking purposes, though I don't know much more about that angle other than the fact they use it and there isn't a substitute.

I also use trace amounts for horticulture from time to time, had a couple thousand trachycarpus fortuneii palms with a boron deficiency.

I have great luck just using it every three days or so, doesn't need to be every day.

Every day also kills off any fungi in your gut. If you still have your bacterial storage sac in your gut, (appendix) it can re-charge your system.
Unless you are trying to flush your system. In that case, you will have to graze a lot of dirt covered leaves to get the streptomyces back into your system....

Jewelers and casters use it as flux, to keep impurities off the surface of molten metals.

50 grams would last a long time. the stuff is very fluffy.

Okay guys, since I'll be in the States next month, I'll just buy some Borax there! I suppose I can wait that long.

So just to make sure... you guys dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of Borax in 1 liter of water? And then drink the whole liter at once? Or throughout the day?

How soon did your symptoms improve? And how long did your Herxheimer reaction last? Jason, it seemed from your posts that it took some 3 months to feel no more adverse reactions??

Sorry to be so insistent; but I want to be sure I'm doing this correctly. Part of my brain is telling me it's crazy to follow some stranger's advice on the internet, but at the same time I have to try it!

read this again, for dosing instructions.

http://www.health-science-spirit.com/borax.htm

Herkheimers should only last a couple days, unless you have blood parasites.
If reactions keep occurring , go to a russian or african doctor. They are used to parasite symptoms, and will know what to test for.
