new forum: permaculture overview

I think we need a forum where we talk about the greater permaculture umbrella. Currently, we have a permaculture forum under "growies" which I think is important. But there should be one for questions like "what is permaculture?" or "what is a permaculture design course?" or the principles, or the differences between Mollison's stuff and Holzer's stuff and Holmgren's stuff and Lawton's stuff .... I think the forum would be called "permaculture design" but I'm not sure which category to put it in. Maybe in the "living" category?
