Looking to lease land or partner for food forest and gardens

Hey there "how are yeah today" as farmers say lol. The property I've been growing on for several years has been sold to developers. I've been dying to move north out of the city for awhile anyway. I'd like to air-layer and graft my trees, vines and shrubs to replant on someone's land in exchange for letting me grow intensive crops while I help you build a food forest 3-5 years. Stuff like bringing in trees, guilding them with plants that are beneficial, pruning, ipm, netting, putting up tinsel or burlap. And possibly geo-injecting biochar enriched with mycorrhizae and trichaderma. I have 8 micro-credentials and some online courses. But all my knowledge comes from being raised by a family who all loved gardening and as a designated grower for patients. I'm a 37 year old man with a common law wife. We're very easy going and respectful.

Can you be more specific about your expectations from the Land owner, and what you require day to day as basic needs?

Do you need housing, or do you have, for example, a tiny home.  
Would you live on property, or off, etc.,.  
How far do you want to relocate from your present location?
