Seeking Partners for Puerto Rico or tropic homestead

Aloha!

My partner and I currently live in Hawaii and run a successful small business here. However, the price of real estate here is well.... unreal. We already purchased a restriction free 11 acres in Maine for our ultimate homestead, but are looking to purchase an additional acreage in Puerto Rico. I am Puerto Rican and would love to invest in the home island. Currently looking at a 15 acre farm near Mayaguez that is listed for $50k.

There are other promising land deals I've been scoping for awhile. We are really hoping to find another individual, couple or family with similar eco values who are ready to invest in a shared property.

Also going to add a side idea Ive been mulling over, which is offering a seasonal rented residence in Hawaii during the summer and a partial share of the business. So that we could go to Maine in the summers and work on the homestead, without losing our amazing rental and profitable business on island.

I have almost 13 acres in Humacao, PR. I have a small house with upstairs apartment about 15 minutes away. My fiance has a house with an upstairs apartment about 25 minutes away. We're planning to start an earthbag home on the land while continuing to build up our beginning regenerative farm. We will need labor help, skilled or unskilled, and can provide free housing, transportation on island, and 3 meals a day.

Aloha, my family is currently working on getting a community together on O'ahu likely Kahuku & eventually near Hilo also. If you are still on island or have plans of coming back would love to discuss ideas! We own a tree service & need ag land to live & have space to start milling wood. We have 7 kids total with 3 on island boys 4, 6, & 8. Older kids are back & forth from FL & SC they are 2 girls 16 & 17 with 3-month-old granddaughter & 2 boys 21 & 17. Our ultimate goal is to create a village to which we can all live clean & grow our foods, contribute to the community in whatever way you can or want.  I will create a safe place that all of our kids can come & learn to sustain & coexist with this aina! We are also wanting to build a similar space in FL & SC to be able to travel & provide a safe community space for all friends & family if they want. My husband is an arborist & climber so does a majority of the production for our business & it's exhausting I will find a way to create life for anyone that wants to be a part of to be able to enjoy life & live healthy & clean.
