Our homestead is rich in wildlife. (deer, turkey, bear, small game, etc) Yesterday was the spring turkey opener (for my zone and time period) so I set about turkey hunting. I also like to hunt with homemade gear (in this case a homemade box call and knife.

This make a few fine meals.
