We have a tiny house for one person who has the skill and experience growing food, for a full worktrade.
We also have a larger house for a couple for a partial worktrade/ partial rent.

Each space is private, off-grid, and handcrafted. The trades are the living space in exchange for weekly hours of physical labor tending the land, which is located 30 minutes North East of Willits.
4WD / AWD vehicle required.
one year commitment required.
No Cigarettes
