Hello, I own a house on a tenth of an acre in CO.  It's not a terribly nice house, but it's a roof and a couple bedrooms.  Have a fair bit of permaculture stuff going on, but I need some help with motivation.  I think another person around may help with that.

I work away during the winter, so there's a possibility of a long term room in exchange for caretaking on the property for the right person.

I am a 42 year old, Male, smoker who would like to quit, but better mention that.  I drink some, but mostly keep that to a minimum anymore.  I'm o.k. with pot and psychonauts, so long as it's not your entire personality.

There's plenty of work here in town, and you'd likely want something unless you're really good at economic permaculture on a small lot.  The town is fairly disinterested in permaculture, but I make semi-regular trips to places where it is valued.

Let me know if you're interested in finding out more.

Here's a little video of the yard, just so ya know something about it.  This is not permaculture on hard mode, just a little spot in a small town.  https://youtu.be/DnQdDCpgBfI. No great ambitions, just a happy, relatively easy life.

Greetings, my in name's Jermaine. I just found your proposition. I find it pretty interesting. Before I ask to much about it, I'd need to know if there would be enough space and welcome for the help of a couple instead of just one person.  I'm more than handy and capable myself due to over a decade of landscape experience and over 8 years of maintenance experience.  My girlfriend also is very capable, she grew up on an orchard and seems to be more at peace with her hands in the dirt then anywhere else.  If this is something that wouldn't be a problem. Feel free to e-mail or text me so we can iron out all the other details.( belljermaine783@gmail.com or 9703640009 ).  Thank you for your time.
