Greetings, I have 40 acres of rolling farmland in southern Oklahoma (warm winters) in a farming community. It would be an ideal place for homesteading, permaculture, and extra income. It has all of the basic needs for getting started: trees, pasture, well, septic, dwelling, ponds, electricity. Also has good sun and breeze for alternative energy and no flood. I would like to swap for your urban dwelling in any state but would prefer Colorado or Western. I may also consider a rural property depending on size and location. This is a beautiful website and I have already seen a lot of visionary ideas for my place in a very short time. I'm just not sure I'm ready to tackle this one myself at this moment. Peace and PM for more details/contact
