5 AC property in high desert

We have a 5 ac fenced property we are looking to convert to intensive permaculture, looking for investor / interested parties. property has 2 wells, 3 story house in decent condition and multiple greenhouses in decent condition. No debt on the property and we have some solar panels in storage as well.
