I have really neat dreams, and last night was a cool one.

There was a huge Botanical Garden, I signed up for an account, and then I could come in on a designated work day and look around, talk to people and decide what I'd like to do. I found a pond that had a lilac bush behind it, the bush and a few others in the area had a lot of suckers that would move easy. I went to the computer area, they had good software that let you mark up maps with what you wanted to do, what plants you were going to disturb, and what your proposed change was. I had an approval within 20 minutes (it wasn't a complex project) and checked some tools out of the sheds.

I took the extra suckers off the donor plants, and planted them in an arc behind the pond, the original plant was part of the line too. It would all reflect nicely in the pond in a few years. I also studied the area to think what else I could add to the area, so there was always something reflecting in the pond. As I worked, people came by every so often, made sure I knew how to plant the lilacs, checked that I wasn't affecting any plants that weren't approved for disturbance, marked it on the clipboard that I had been given with my plan approval on it.

It was quite fun, and I met a lot of neat people and had some fun conversations. There were some big projects going on, with lots of people, and small ones like my lilacs with just one or two people. I got into a discussion with a group designing a really cool gazebo, was invited to join in the discussion, if they liked what I added, I may have been invited to be part of it.

A fun dream! The lilacs were going to look pretty :D

keep an eye out for scorpions and black widows. But the tiny ads are safe.
