looking for dormant or rooted cuttings

hey all.. I,m looking for dormant cuttings or bare root, of redbud, any flowering dogwood, or blue rug juniper.. heucherus.. mostly just looking for landscape plants but....I am in canada. I have gotten several plants online (dormant cuttings) and they have made it here as being described as craft pieces/supply.. I guess basically they are, he cut these pieces of wood with a knife and... craft pieces.. I know. I know.. splitting hairs.. but splitting hairs is better than pulling it out..
