But now I think I am mistaken. I planted it last year from seed but I may have mislabeled it. It died off and then came back really early this year. The chickens love it.
Anybody know what it is?

Looks like chicory.
It is in the endive family.

Dock, sorrel, and chicory can be pretty close.
