I'm starting a market garden on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. I've been amassing a library of books on market gardening (mostly no-till-oriented) and have noticed a trend: they're almost all written by growers in the Northeast, and none from the West Coast. I'm sure I'm not the only person who's wondering where all the West Coasters get quality, regionally-specific information along the lines of what Eliot Coleman, Ben Hartman, and Jean-Martin Fortier (etc.) produce for the rest of the country/North America.
Does anyone have suggestions for books specifically about market gardening in the Pacific Northwest?
I have a couple of Steve Solomon's books, and Growing Vegetables West of the Cascades is especially good for explaining some of the differences between what all those rest-of-the-country resources say and what actually works for us in my region. But this book is written for the home gardener. The Timber Press Guide to Vegetable Gardening in the Pacific Northwest also has some good, albeit basic, information, but again, its intended audience is the home gardener.
I'd also be interested in any online resources anyone might know of.
