(31y/o, 6 ft tall, slim/fit, Caucasian, bald, blue eyed Straight guy, never married, no kids.)

Looking for a wonderful young lady whose two main goals in life are to have a forever partner to build a family with, and to grow a permaculture homestead to provide food security and a natural environment to enjoy. My belief in love is that honesty and commitment are the key to happiness; find someone you get along with, make a plan, and follow through. I'm the kind of partner who likes to spend a lot of time together - I admire couples I know who work and play together. Speaking of which, I've worked a diversity of wacky jobs but for the last couple years I've opened/built/ran a food cart and truck. It's decently successful but would be much better operated with a partner and in a place with a better cost of living. As far as DIY skills go, I can basically do anything!

I am currently located on the west coast of Canada and am ready to relocate as soon as the right land presents itself. I am planning on buying 2-5 acres in rural South-Central Alberta or South-Central Saskatchewan, but if I were to connect with the right person who had family somewhere else affordable and workable I would certainly consider other places. My world view is that times are changing and we should move towards being more self-sufficient than most folks currently are. My life goal is to make those preparations as harmonious and enjoyable as possible. Luckily I enjoy working hard, creating, building, and solving problems.

In addition to the above, I'm into old autos so we would likely be doing continental road-tripping in my vintage car as our main format of travel. I'm into 50's/60's fashion and decor, too. I have two minor/rainy-day interests in film photography and playing the accordion... but mostly I'm looking forward to getting my hands on some land to work and put into practice all I've researched and read... I'm sure you are, too. I'm pretty traditional in mindset and at this point I see the children I hope to have being homeschool or podschooled or alt-community schooled in some format. I'm a Christian who leans towards spirituality of natural reverence... following my experiences with church communities over the last years, I prefer to worship in the beautiful natural environment that God built for us outdoors.

Somewhere out there is a wonderful young lady who sees my vision of a cute retro household on the prairie complete with permaculture victory gardens and happy organic kiddos - God willing she's reading this post and has the courage to respond.

Hi Ben.

I am in Saskatchewan, east of Regina. So in the area you are looking for land. I am on the family farm with my gardens, chickens, and goats. So I have everything I need and I don't leave.

I'm probably not your girl; not interested in being a mom, and I am an atheist, although I could get behind nature worship.

Anyhow if you end up doing a road trip, or looking at land at some point out this way, you should definitely message me. I have been doing tours for the public and u-pick raspberries and eggs. I love showing off the place and discussing growing food in harmony with nature.

I also know a few permie people in the area if you do end up finding a place out here, I could provide a few introductions.
