Olympic Natural Escapes Non Profit is looking for at least 100 acres with water running through.

The where: Somewhere bordering or very near Olympic National Park or forest land or even DNR or Rainer mill or green crow land. Preferably off grid.

The goal and vision of this non profit is to create a space for 8 families to make their own 3-5 acre homesteads and manage a large food forest permaculture park for the remaining section of the land.
The 8 families will split the property expense and pick their plots. Once this is done the remaining section will be put into a trust to be used for many purposes. The trust will be guided by the steward families responsible forest management practices. This area will
Become a perpetual permaculture amusement park for people to come camp and wonder at much like the Krameterhof Sepp built. On top of that offer primitive skills classes, and permaculture courses catered to PNW climate and resources available.

So from this I’m looking for either a property owner who would love to see a small eco village family homestead come to life on their property, who is willing to do owner finance (while people build).

Or someone to be an Otis and just willing to help with this project!

The majority of the revenue from this venture will be from growing produce and maintaining tent/ rv camp spots for rental.
The core value of the group is preservation of the natural beauty of the Olympics by a Non profit run by families who have a vested interest in the property.
Right now I only have 2 other families willing to go in on with. This is a freedom loving liberty and permaculture centered group. So I’m building up my 8 families still.
I’ve started a gofundme page and a raffle to raise funds.

Right now I run my own landscaping and planting business in Sequim. My wife and I just had our first kid in march.
We are looking for families that want to work from the homestead and collaborate to homeschool our kids into powerful knowledgeable kings and queens humble leaders and stewards of the land we leave them.
I’ve made an extensive PowerPoint outlining my over 65 streams of income and different wares to sell. This will be a tourism hotspot with emphasis on families and permaculture and learning.

Olympic Natural Escapes it will be called , oh and how glorious it will be. 8 families going in on 100 acres each family given 3 acres to themselves to make into their own food forest, campground, workshop, studio, rammed earth passive solar heated structures. So that’s 24 of the 100 acres.
That leaves 76 acres to be transformed into the most magical amazing barefoot only food forest with tent only camping throughout and many magical spaces to sit and read. In the center of the forest have a massive outdoor earthwork amphitheater with a few tiny shops for vendors and a nice meadow around the venue to host large gatherings where families come from near and far to enjoy the Olympic Mountains and local music and vendors.

The 76 acres will be in a trust to never be logged or tampered with in any way which would hinder the sustainability of the community. Use goats and alpaca to keep any “weeds” down in the traveled areas. Along with creating a healing center complete with massage and yoga studio as well as saunas and sensory deprivation tanks.
In the center of the 76 acres make a 33 dome circle in the meadow on the edge before the tree line. Line all the aircrete domes with an EMF shielding mesh during construction to create actual emf free camping /glamping space for people to come and actually unplug from the invisible network that binds all phones now. This take 3 of the 76 acres and be just outside the center amphitheater taking up 3 acres. (When no festivities are happening this is the area children play and learn under guidance of parents who have time to spend with their children because the workload is 4 hours a day max and very well compensated. Not to mention all food is provided for. And once the 8 families pay off their 3 acres they have the choice to sell or keep it, but they can only sell to the nonprofit who will take applications for a new family. Once the company gets established I see no reason people working for the non profit couldn’t be compensated $75 an hour which is $300 a day in a place your food and lodging are paid for. This will make for lots of money in the community to immediately do improvements or build on their homesteads. This high pay system with low needs will encourage everyone to contribute because the incentive is there. If everyone is an employee of the non profit than each person has a vote in the decisions made by the community on large projects.

Eventually the need for money will be really a joke in the community as large stores of everything from pots for plants to clothes for babies has been made. This will function like an organized good will. (Of quality items) If you see something you want to make use of it’s free to members and visitors. All items on a donation basis.

So to paint the picture 8 steward families run a non profit eco permaculture park business that allows them to raise their kids offgrid near other kids their age surrounded by nature and permaculture projects.
There’s  65 ways I’ve thought of so far to generate revenue. the remaining 70 acres could be made to make revenue while maintenance being low and keeping everything barefoot or golf cart accessible for the handicapped.
The domes and their upkeep could generate enough work / income for each family to live off especially coupled with tent income from various spaces throughout the 70 acre forest.
On my personal 3 acres I’d do 4 50’x300’ high tunnel greenhouses burying the bottom 5 feet after spraying aircrete against the poly then a layer of concrete and then a 2’ layer of sand.
In these greenhouses I’d automate as much as I could so I could single handily or with extra help just a few days a week grow all the food which we don’t have climate for, citrus 🍊 jack fruit all sorts of edibles in an amazing enclosed food forest each greenhouse a slightly different climate and the fauna inside reflects such. (I’d offer tours and volunteer experiences) Using 1 greenhouse as an indoor swimming pool with water plants and a whole eco system for kids to play in year round. The water would be piped in from the stream and always be running through the pond. Raising a few fish in there and lots of reed grass the doors would be left open to anyone who wants to bring their family swimming. Being a natural pond it will
Be a “swim at your own risk no lifeguard on duty.”
If the natural pool gets busy in years to come maybe a lifeguard will be paid to watch the natural pond.

So there’s food security and housing security and income security. At this point we will be generating more income than we have dreams to do with, at which point we will make a community earthwork project you can see from space 👁 ❤️ ♾  plant the massive earthwork with different colors. The eye be the amphitheater the heart the domes and the infinity sign the main pathways through the 70 acre forest.

Once the family project has a massive amount of funding ie in the millions we hit up Elon and borrow or hire his Boring company to make a deep tunnel under the forest that goes to an area capable of sustaining hundreds of families. Being this is how our ancestors survived natural disasters I think we would fair well to take a page from the military industry complex here and make this a geo thermal heated underground bunker hotel we charge big big bucks to people and only the people in the know.
Call this place Zion after the Matrix movies last human holdout.

Obviously at this point the community would be well known around the world and people would pay huge money to come see / experience Olympic Natural Escapes.
Needing somehow to distribute funds acquired in the pursuit of true independence and freedom, the nonprofit will create a salary system for the people who live / work there. Since we are a family friendly wanting to survive things together tribe any woman that gets pregnant will be paid as it is her duty to love nurture and guide that child into the world. No food or items she needs will cost her anything.
Capital aka money has done lots of damage mostly in its lack of being available for someone in need. Remove that and you attract strong wives who want to raise strong children. The love and mutual respect of being a brother or sister of the human race will be paramount aspect of this community. There is no incentive for people to start a family, this is a crime if you ask me. A family is the most beautiful treasure we can ever hold. This group would be a family. Always caring for the needs of the many.
Being the work force to run and maintain the operation could be almost all be in house aka done by someone in the families or WOOFERs we could ensure everyone genuinely loves their role. Genuine happiness comes from people living closely aligned to their loving truth and nature.

Use UBUNTU principles and start buying more land in different places and doing it all over again. Eventually everyone pays in One Small Town Tokens that equate to a crypto supported by 3 hours of someone’s labor (this already is available) this will create for a recession proof community for the world to model and wonder at.
