My wife, son and I live in a 16x20 canvas wall tent in SW New Mexico at around 6000' and are terribly disappointed in our woodstove that has warmed us through the winter. It is a cylinder stove and has put plenty of smoke into our home as well as a continual clogging of the spark arrestor outside. We were wondering about the possibilty of safely putting in a
RMH. Has anyone heard of this being done before? The tent is on a platform that is maybe a foot off the ground where we'd put the stove. Would the weight of the stove be an issue? How close to the canvas can it be? Is it possible to build it in a way that would be removeable (in case we move the tent)? More questions to come I'm sure...
Thanks for the help!
