Mini melons, Mexican gherkins, whatever you like to call them. Are the tubers edible? I dug up a bed I had them in last year and found tubers, radish size on the roots. I put them in peat and stored them, they look healthy and firm so I planted them and we'll see if the take. Just wondering if anyone has experience with the tubers.
