Can anyone suggest best size of plant container such as grow bags to grow creepers?

I'm not sure what plant you mean by creepers? ground spreading plants typically don't have very deep roots, so I would suggest a shallow tray would be adequate if you have plenty of moisture. If your climate is hot and dry a deeper container, or possibly a wicking bed or similar might be required.
