This 6-acre woodland with about 300 cacao trees and numerous bananas and avocado trees, is for sale. Here is a lengthy Google doc that tells all about it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aSfLGW52b4iQg__rOTas2bxve7mdAT6L4-LGG8EZ7Pk/edit?usp=sharing

You can find it on Google Earth at 19.644, -70.857. The house roof is octagonal, which help for locating it. Not so common!
