I don't know if any of you have seen this, but I got an email the other day with a link to this book for free! They asked me not to share the link, but you can sign up for a copy at their website.  https://tocatchthesun.com

It seems to me like it has a lot of good information. Hopefully someone here can find it useful.

NOTE: I did attempt a search to see if this had been discussed before and didn't find anything, but I'm a bit new here... so my apologies if this has already been posted/discussed elsewhere.
