Hey guys,

I'm starting to peek at buying an acre of off grid land in New Mexico to build some simple temporary yurts and eventually move towards earth bag homes or another natural building method, to weed eventually great a littleccommunity/education center for movement, bodywork, natural building etc. I saw some really cheap land both in Valencia and socorro county and when I looked deeper, I saw that socorro county seems to have less zoning restrictions (even though I'd rather be in Valencia cause it's just a bit closer to albequerqe)

Curious if anyone has earth bagged or off gridded in either of these spots and what your experience has been.

Feel free to reach out and whatsapp me at

Id love to get any tips and start getting myself realistically prepared

Feeling so excited for this next chapter
