Hi, I’m looking for a place where I can learn from knowledgeable people and in a practical way landscape/ecological restoration and regeneration - such as of lands degraded by
cattle - using
permaculture forestry approaches. I’m a 45 year-old female from the UK and have been trying to move into working with nature in a more practical hands-on and “real’ way after working in the world of community development and international traditional conservation (including over 6 years in Papua New Guinea). I’ve spent much of the past two years in Mexico and Central America, volunteering at projects and taking courses and learning about different contexts and am in Central America at the moment, but really I am flexible about the location and it can be anywhere in the world, but my main interest and
experience Is tropics and subtropics and the US doesn’t work to stay longer term. I would like to get to the point where I can implement by myself and train and teach. Any ideas would be very welcome and greatly appreciated. Thanks!
